Don’t those dresses and blush-hued bouquets just put a smile on your face? Ellie + Luke’s wedding was all about “relaxed elegance” – which meant lots of romantic pinks, personal décor, and a venue with over 400 years of history. Immediately after choosing the space, they booked photog Dominique Bader to document the day, knowing that she’d capture the atmosphere they spent 15 months planning for. This building sure is a showstopper. Choosing the Bradbourne House for a venue was a surefire way for E + L to stand out as a couple: it’s an exclusive property that celebrates its history with beautifully decorated rooms and walls lined with family portraits.
Ellie tells it, The flowers were a big feature on the day, as there are so many rooms in Bradbourne house I didn’t want to feel that I had left my wedding when i wandered round the house so Gayle Evans of Bloomingayles made sure the flowers spread throughout the house, the smell was fabulous!

The Aisle: A Thousand Years by Christina Perri played by Estilo String Quartet
1st Dance: Magic by Coldplay, this took a long time to pick! Neither of us were looking forward to the prospect of dancing in front of that many people and every generic song recommended on wedding sites just didn’t seem us until we heard this… We loved it!
Woah. This cake by Andi Freeman Cakes just blew our minds.
Ellie’s advice to brides, summed up in three: 1) Get organized, 2) Do your research, 3) Make sure to spend time alone as a couple on the big day
