Alli and Sam’s bold and playful wedding at The Houdini Estate in LA is such a perfect way to kick off the new year. CMG Events channeled their colorful personalities with unexpected patterns and textures to combine with handmade details like the globes Alli had spent the previous year painting for their reception tables. See it all in these photos Brandon Kidd shared!
Love these bright fuchsia bridesmaids, don’t you?
Honey & Poppies brought in bright bouquets and florals that mirrored their fun personalities and complemented the quirky venue. So good!!!
From the planning team: When we were designing, Alli knew she wanted to choose colors and textures that were unexpected. We loved having the creative freedom to dream up combinations we don’t always see for weddings. We chose a blue velvet linen, tabletop by Casa de Perrin and geometric wire chairs from La Pinata Party Rentals. Megan from Honey & Poppies really brought the vision to life with such bold colors, textures and vases. On of my favorite touches from the wedding was the LED dance floor that changed colors and patterns throughout the night.
Ready for a peek at some of those unique and handmade reception details?
Alli painted a different custom globe for each table.
Digging this pink and blue palette!
The couple and their guests celebrated with a silent disco on the dance floor, too…
How fun! Cheers to the happy couple!
