Rustic Ojai ranch wedding: Tracy + Michael
Happy Monday, friends. Both of T + M’s personalities truly shined in their rustic Ojai wedding. Tracy’s love of soft feminine touches are sprinkled throughout the pink + gold décor and bridal fashion, and Ojai’s organic outdoor space repped Michael perfectly. It came together as the big, beautiful outdoor dinner party of their dreams with their four daughters as ‘maids and flower girl, and a slew of helpful fam and friends involved. Thanks to Emily of Anna Delores Photography for sharing the photos in this post!
Bejeweled Badgley Mischkas… Can’t go wrong there.
The bouquet recipe: garden roses, coral peony, ranunculus, anemones, scabiosa pods, French tulips, dusty miller, seeded eucalyptus
From Anna Delores Photography… Tracy and Michael’s wedding was a modern affair with touches of romance. Their four daughters were Tracy’s bridesmaids and flower girl, and Tracy is a wedding planner for Wedding Kate (principal planner Katie was on-hand to coordinate the big day!). Bella Raines Garden Studio brought amazing floral style to the day with king protea and eucalyptus on the rustic chuppah, and plenty of coral charm peonies and lush garden roses in every nook and cranny. Rentals from Otis+Pearl made the tabletop extra special.
Tracy’s dad + brothers made the ceremony benches. So neat.
Tracy says, We were really hoping to find a place where our whole family could get ready and relax and feel comfortable. From the first moment I saw the views of the mountains at the ceremony site I fell in love with it and when I went around to the reception site and saw how gorgeous it was I knew this was the place! Everything was perfect! After that, nothing could compare! The fact that we had the venue for the entire weekend was icing on the cake.

Just Like Film has a sweet little video…
We had 8 months to plan and it flew by! The biggest hurdle was trying not to stress and prioritizing! I had to really choose what was most important and then work our way down the list. I really wanted to spread out the planning so that it didn’t get too chaotic as the date approached. My biggest tips would be to let people help you and to be resourceful! Everyone offers to help when planning… LET THEM! My family and Katie of Wedding Kate were lifesavers!
