Napa Valley wedding: Alexa + Matt

We love when Paige & Kelly of Bash, Please send us a wedding they’ve coordinated, planned and designed the florals for. Between the bride’s custom Monique Lhullier studded gown, the amazing views from The Carneros Inn, the incredibly gorgeous natural crystals and stones used as centerpieces (gah, so pretty!), the paper goods and the always dreamy photography of Feather Love, there’s just so much to swoon over. Like we said, we love it when they send us a looker like this one! We originally caught a peek at their wedding in the fall issue of Martha Stewart Weddings and couldn’t wait to see more. Shall we?

Alexa actually worked with Monique Lhullier’s LA salon to design a dress, combining the top of one dress (specifically the beautiful mesh collar dress) with the body of another. See ladies, you really can make your dream wedding dress!

We’re definitely fans of these geode necklaces. They tie in perfectly with the crystals and stones used as centerpieces.

To get to the ceremony location guests strolled through a lovely garden to arrive to this stunning view of an apple orchard overlooking Napa Valley.

I loved some of the natural crystals that were becoming popular in jewelry, and my grandfather lives in Pala, California, a region surrounded by quartz and tourmaline mines, so I thought it would be special to incorporate natural crystal and stone into the table arrangements.

Love how the triangle design that was seen throughout their wedding details also made it to the dance floor!

A few choice words from our lovely bride:

I’d recommend doing what we did and having some kind of afterparty for guests that have stuck around until the dance floor closes.  It was one of my favorite moments of our wedding–we were done with all of our official bride and groom duties and could just spend time with our friends and family…and we were all still buzzing from the wedding excitement!

We’ll be eyeing this one for some time. Congratulations Alexa + Matt!
