As we continue our week of impeccable color palettes (scroll on down the homepage if you’re not caught up!), we’ve got this beautiful styled shoot turned vow renewal with real couple Taylor + Colton who have been together for 10 years. Our guide member Rock & Stone Weddings had a vision to bring a bit of a tropical boho vibe to Olympic National Park in the PNW, which made the perfect opportunity for T + C to renew their vows… And give their wedding fashion a little update since having said I Do at 19 years old, too! Thanks to Sam & Sola Lee for sharing the photos:
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again… Flowers always make the best decor. Especially in a natural setting like this!
A tropical boho wedding color palette: fuchsia, peach, blush, and greenery
Love some fun shoes for a beach wedding! Pom poms and fringe all the way.
From the team at Rock & Stone Weddings: We knew we wanted to create a ceremony backdrop that would elevate the landscape and inject those tropical tones but didn’t really have a plan! Shane from Diamond Events Floral brought a ton of flowers, many of which he spray painted to get the fuchsia tones we were after, and we headed to the beach in search of inspiration. It wasn’t long before we came across this incredible piece of driftwood which we dragged into place and Shane dug a huge hole to get it to stand up in the sand. The end result was this incredible organic and totally original structure which, when covered with the bright flowers and foliage was a show stopper. The bouquet also incorporated spray painted flowers.
The Sarah Seven Milo Gown from The Dress Theory Seattle is bohemian perfection, no?
Taylor tells it, Colton and I have been together for 10 years and married for 8! We were high school sweethearts that were married at 19 years old due to Colton joining the military. Our wedding was planned very quickly in order to be done in time before Colton left. We had an amazing time, but now being 10 years older and looking back, we definitely would have changed a few things to fit our current style for a wedding. So when we were asked to model for this styled shoot we couldn’t have been more excited! Everything from all the venders involved was just perfect, and was exactly what we would like if we were married today! All the details put together for this shoot was just magical. We can’t express how much we enjoyed being apart of a truly epic shoot!

Spray painting blooms is so clever, huh? Thanks to the crew below for sharing today, and all the best to our couple Taylor + Colton!
