A redwood grove, a cute little glamping setup, and a bride in BHLDN? Not a bad way to start the week, no? Photog Cameron Ingalls sent this wedding editorial at Glen Oaks in Big Sur, which has no shortage of romantic places to get inspired by. See what we mean…
Planner Grace Lorenzen says, I wanted the location to shine, so I chose subdued colors that complimented the environment (moss green, smokey grey, and hints of mustard yellow). I think my favorite detail was the bell tent; it doubled as a backdrop for the ceremony and as a private retreat for the bride and groom (it was decked out with pillows, rugs, and candles)… It was so romantic!
Does it get any more magical?
Glen Oaks is a modern lodge set in the heart of Big Sur, it is an ideal venue for small gatherings. The rooms and restaurant all have a mid century meets cozy lodge aesthetic, and the grounds open up to beautiful meadows and redwood groves.
