Anyone else feel like fall is just flying right on by? Seems like just yesterday we were sipping summer cocktails poolside! Annnyway, we figured this beautiful bit of wedding inspiration from the team behind Cedarwood Weddings in Nashville would be just the way to kick off such a festive month ahead. Channeling the romance of autumn, they designed a color story that’s both warm and cool, feminine and earthy, wild and subdued.
Photog Jenna Henderson captured all the delicate details, from the berries in their floral crown to the cutest custom drink stirrers. See for yourself, below…
Linda of Cedarwood Weddings tells us, Sometimes a few unique elements inspires a complete eventscape, and in this case, the pairing of amber and plum was inspired by Panache’s “Leaf ” dessert plate in plum, along with Cedarwood’s collection of vintage amber glassware, raw linen, antique gold velvet, and wood.
Creative cocktails included “My Sweet Honey Bee” and “Salted Honey Bourbon” set alongside these cute drink stirs and glasses.
They also created loose, wild floral arrangements for the wreath, crown, tables, and bouquets.
Our new Cedar Chapel, built on Historic Cedarwood Nature Preserve with native cedar cord wood in gorgeous honey-hued textures, perfectly ties the ceremony site to our autumn event palette.
Thanks to the team below for inspiring us today…
