Happy Friday, cakies! Hope your weekends are all as sunny as the farmers market e-sesh we’ve got for ya today. Shelly of Shelly Goodman Photography captured PJ + Jillian in the most natural, yet beautifully styled way, complete with a picnic, pie, and vintage props, all at St. Louis’ Historic Soulard Farmers Market (founded in 1779!).

Aren’t these two the cutest? They walked around the farmers market gathering food and flowers for their evening picnic, and ended up with an awesome spread to enjoy and photograph.

Shelly says, We found a dreamy little spot for the picnic. You wouldn’t guess it, but it was by some old railroad tracks, a busy street, a rusting old billboard sign, and a self-serve car wash. But it was perfect – the sun was setting and illuminating the tiny bits of cottonwood flowing in the breeze.

Their fashion? Hipster-urban. They sure do wear it well!

Props from Making Pies Vintage Props made for a charming, eclectic spread.

A blueberry galette sounds like the perfect end to a farmers market meal, no?

Congrats Jillian and PJ!
