Flowers + Favors: Pumpkin whoopie pie

Jillian came up with a little project inspired by an article in Food & Wine where 3 florists created arrangements to compliment a particular wine. In her version, 3 florists crafted a fall inspired arrangement based on a favorite seasonal favor. Then Jillian styled the little display. Fun!

Here’s the first installment: Pumpkin whoopie pies (by one girl cookies) and gorgeous florals by Kat Flower.

Mmmmm. The flowers are most certainly reminiscent of a lush, bountiful autumn garden… just as Kat Flower intended! Such pretty textures and colors. We could easily stare at photos of tree peonies all day. And they go surprisingly well with gourds. Nice job, ladies!
