How sweet is this Burgundian wedding, sent to us by the lovely photog Jen Altman. It’s full of all kinds of rich details with a heavy influence on French wine & dining, perfect considering the couple, Laurent & Kendall, met in Burgundy while the bride, an American, was studying wine. The bride and her mother (Marjorie of The Cook’s Atelier, a cooking school & supper club), went totally hands-on with everything here- from styling to designing and DIYing
How stunning is that chapel? And those car shots – undeniably adorable, like it was straight out of a French indie film.
Enjoying delectable and organic food and wine was super important to these two, not just for the menu but for the favors – they handed out cute little heirloom tomato plants fresh from their fave local producer.
This luminous reception might be our fave part of all. It is completely idyllic – I mean, it doesn’t get more warm, cozy or romantic than candlelight in France, right?!
Excellently done, Laurent and Kendall. Or shall we say, magnifique!
