If you’re not into the traditional red + white wreath for your holiday décor, the team at Type A Society totally has you covered. Last week we shared their DIY orange + olive wreath (super easy to make, by the way), and now they’ve got another good one up their sleeves: a blue + white wreath made with fresh flowers.

Carrie of Type A Society explains, If you are having a dinner party and want to decorate your front door with a wreath that will make your guests stop and stare, choose fresh flowers! When you place them in foam they will last 3-4 days longer than normal so be sure you find the perfect aquafoam size to fit your door.

Okay, time for the DIY! Thanks to Josh Gruetzmacher for documenting the process!

Step 2: Insert your cluster of thistle first. Then fill around with olive greenery. Make a small hole into the foam and insert your paper white flowers. Make sure they are secure in the foam and the delicate stems are not broken so they will last a long time.
