Ah, nature. Always coming up with the best backdrops around. Take these SoCal sand dunes, for example: vast, interesting, and such a fun place to go on a little photog adventure. Which is exactly why Megan + Adam shouted a big resounding “YES!” when photographers Luke + Katherine of Max & Friends asked if they’d be up for the trip four hours south of Los Angeles. Road trip, anyone?
Megan says, It was an overcast day, which was so nice since there was a breeze and we weren’t melting in the heat. Kat and Luke made us feel so comfortable. We felt like we were just hanging out in the Sahara and not doing a portrait session near the Mexico border.
We’re not in the city anymore, guys…
Katherine and Megan actually met via Instagram (Megan was always checking out her and Luke’s beautiful instas). So it was a perfect match. Megan says, Surprisingly, Adam and I had been wanting to go out to the same dunes so we jumped at the chance to see the dunes and be photographed by such a talented couple. The actual shoot was such a blast!
