Modern Mexican themed wedding: Bethany + Kevin
Seriously, how fun is that backdrop? After hearing a bit about Bethany + Kevin and what inspired their wedding, we think the backdrop pretty much sums up their positive & lively personalities. They paired up with Pow Wow Vintage Rentals to design their wedding, and as you’ll see in a sec, it was a match made in wedding decor installation heaven. Altogether they created the most festive & colorful setting for a San Diego wedding that reflected both their love for Mexican culture, with a personal modern touch.
We hope they saved this and have it displayed somewhere in their home!
This snow cone stand sounds amazing. Spring and summer weddings, you may want to have one of these at your wedding. Guaranteed hit!
The one thing that we would have done differently was to rent a dance floor. Since we were outside, the band was playing in a courtyard of the ranch house, and the area where we were dancing was pretty dusty. That didn’t stop anyone from dancing though, as everyone was still grooving to the music, and kicking up a big dust cloud! But the biggest piece of advice we can give is to just have fun with the wedding planning. It can definitely seem a bit overwhelming at times, but it’s important to step back and remember that when it comes down to it, you are really just throwing a big party with your friends and family. It should be fun!
The Our Lady of Guadalupe headboard from Pow Wow Vintage Rentals is beautiful, isn’t it?
We’re feeling super inspired by all the color in their wedding. Congratulations Bethany + Kevin!
