Ever since BHLDN launched, haven’t you spent way too much time swooning over every single one of their dresses, accessories and decor items wishing you could just have a “BHLDN wedding”?  Today’s beautiful bride, Ricci has too. Unfortunately, all of their pretty items don’t fit into everyone’s budget, but that wasn’t going to stop Ricci from looking to them for inspiration for her “vintage floral” wedding. In fact, we think her choice in decor reflected her love of vintage, soft light, and floral patterns perfectly. Thanks Emily Weis Photography, for sharing these two cuties’ nuptials with us!

How great is Issac’s floral JackThreads tie? Love!

What a charming vintage bracelet & earring set. It totally matches with their invitation suite.

Ricci grew up picking apples from nearby orchard, Appleworks, so she picked up boxes of them to give as wedding favors. Pssst.. come back later today and check out the apple orchard wedding inspiration shoot for more fall ideas!

From the beginning, there was one image I couldn’t shake (a girl can hold on to one “must-have,” right?): mismatched chairs and long, wooden tables. Thankfully, Violet Vintage came to the rescue! I naturally gravitate toward vintage furniture and decor—something I inherited from my lovely mother. It was much more pricey than the classic folding chairs and tables, but in the end, it felt like the right decision.

We’re with you Ricci! They add such a unique and welcoming feel to the ceremony, don’t they?

My uncle originally made the ceremony arbor for my cousin, who was married earlier this summer. I liked the idea of his creation being crucial or a focal point in both our weddings. It weighs a ton!

Ricci’s mother & grandmother were busy little ladies making copious amounts of coffee filter garlands to decorate the dance floor, bar, and serving line. They also made over 20 pies for the dessert table!

Ricci’s advice: As often as this is said, the day/weekend truly rushes by. I would suggest delegating as much as possible in order to be fully present. Pause oh so often, and really take everything in. Choose to celebrate in whatever way is most you.

Isaac’s advice: Decide early on whether you want a big or small wedding, and stick to it. Don’t let outside pressures or overall doubts change what is right for you as a couple. And if you begin to feel guilty about the amount of time and money you’re putting into the event, just remember . . . never underestimate the power of a good party!

Love to hear from the both of them. Great advice, guys. And congratulations on a beautiful wedding!
