Call us hopeless romantics, but we totally believe in fate. Destiny can bring a couple together, and in Mya + Casey’s case, it can help them choose their wedding venue too. Mya says… Casey wanted an outdoor wedding and I wanted something indoors, so I Googled “enclosed garden wedding.” We toured a couple of venues, but one of our songs (“Is This Love” by Bob Marley) came on at Twin Oaks. When we heard that, we knew it was fate. Hey, some things are just meant to be! Check out the rest of Candice Benjamin’s pretty snaps below…
Mya’s romantically soft bouquet recipe: roses, seeded eucalyptus, and spray roses.
Since Twin Oaks was once a schoolhouse, Mya incorporated a blackboard seating chart and little blackboard table numbers into the big day décor.
These lovebirds danced their first dance as husband and wife to “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” by Frankie Valli.
What a sweet little moment to end on!
