Remember that elegant art museum wedding we shared on Monday? Yeah, we’re right back at The Ringling Museum of Art for today’s bash and all we can say is it’s fast becoming one of our favorite venues. Ashley + Daniel chose the spot because they met at art school and wanted to celebrate their beginnings as a couple. It also happens to be Ashley’s very favorite place in her Florida hometown. The wedding is a total masterpiece of course, from the still life-worthy tablescapes right down to the invitation suite. Oh, and did we mention that Ashley made all that good stuff herself? Thank you 1313 Photography for sharing the beautiful pics with us!
Oh hey there, gorgeous hand-stamped wooden invites.
Ashley’s sparkly baubles are vintage. What a find!
And this is why we love The Ringling.
Here’s another yummy detail for ya… Instead of the traditional “chicken, beef or vegetarian” option, Ashley + Daniel treated their guests to a seven-course tasting menu.
Ashley says, Instead of traditional floral arrangements, I decided to use pieces I’ve collected over the years. We thought it would be a great conversation starter; items like my grandmother’s meat grinder were filled with wildflowers.
What a unique and creative soiree!
