The desert scene is such a great source of inspiration; the colors of the sand, plants and succulents, open skies, the sun… it’s all so vibrant and warm. Christine McGuigan Photography & Kate Whitecotton took that image and started combining all these great southwest-inspired prints and patterns, to give this shoot a vintage, desert feel; perfect for summer weddings. Check it out!

We also drew a lot of inspiration from everything bohemian and that speaks through the bride. We kept her look simple, to portray a romantic, effortless, sun-kissed look that is very on trend with the modern bride That allowed us to play with bold accessories, like her shoes, the headpiece and the corsage to tie her look into the overall styling.

  7. Absolutely stunning and gorgeous! Lovely decoration style and specially the touch of feather is awesome.

  8. Every detail is perfect! Thanks for your sharing!I love your weddiong cake most!

  9. Mayla- The curls where made with a 1 inch curling iron. Start from the bottom of the head and work your way up curling the hair away from the face. thats all the pointers i can give. I put extensions in, not only does it add extra inches, but it holds curl very well.

  10. I love this style of weddin! My friend did something similar and had all of us girls pick out our own cocktail dress in the wedding colors. It was beautiful and having each of us select our own dress made it very unique and fun.

  11. paul or scarlet, just want to ask a quick question really, when your no longer afraid and you get to living your life why does the anxiety stay and you still feel worn out?? i get a bit lost really because i feel its no longer needed anymore but the last bit just seems as though it wants to remain!! dont no if anyone else has the same question??

  12. Do you know how the headpiece was done? what do i need to get and I assume those are real flowers.. would be awkward to do fakes one, I am hosting a dinner party and would love to do for the 11 girls thanks!
