She’s one insanely talented independent photographer (Mariana Garcia & Porcelaine Project) and he’s a creative director, graphic designer, and has his own supermodernist design studio named FACE. If you browse through their blogs, you’ll see that style comes easy to them. They have an eye for what looks good in design and know how to capture a moment that Mariana explains, “creates a mood of nostalgia, romanticism, something from the good old days”. These photos are classically beautiful and the couple obviously has amazing style but I have to agree with Katherine S. – what’s with the cigarettes? Come on 100 Layer Cake, smoking isn’t sexy.

I think people are taking the smoking way too seriously! The theme seems to be 50s glamor, and weather we like it or not, smoking was a part of that glamor. The pictures were absolutely stunning, and that girl is gorgeous– cigarette or not. I don’t think 100 LC is promoting smoking, they’re promoting beautiful photography and inspiration!
Its just sick how gorgeous those two are.
I really dislike the photo with the cigarette. We’ve worked so hard as a nation to help the baby boomers rid themeselves of the horrible addiction of nicotine. We’ve made it clear to the youth of generation x that smoking stinks. Smoking is not glamourous. Suddenly, I’m forced to see it creeping back into the mind of youth that smoking is beautiful. I’m disgusted.
Are we really worried that today’s youth will be threatened by “force” by a photo on A WEDDING BLOG?
wow… didnt even notice the cigarette until reading the comments (and viewing for the third time)… these are beautiful pictures (sans cigarette, or not), although, if anything, that dress looks much more 1970′s than 1950′s to me(unless it’s a victorian nightgown over a slip)… however, either way, its absolutely gorgeous. fantastic stuff as always
The cigarette is obviously a prop, because they’re inside a STUDIO for their shoot. Get over it you guys.

I thought the bride was Zooey Deschanel when I first glanced at the photos. These photos are totally amazing. The head peace is AMAZING. What a treasure.
I wonder if the people that are complaining about the cigarettes eat meat. That gives you cancer as well. Plus buying it, supports the horrible industry that treats this poor creatures like if they didn´t feel. Just saying.

I like that her dress is sexy and just a touch revealing. From the front it is not see thru and looks very elegant. But then from the side it shows a more revealing sexy look because you get just a sneak look and what looks like breasts with no bra. It gives it a real sexy added look.

The tiara is a ‘brow’ tiara meant to be worn over the front, but looks amazing round the back too! This one is by ivory & co- it is £160 online. I think it’s the same one anyway. I’ve just ordered one for my wedding
