Ammata Eyes is a wedding and family photography studio based in Phuket, founded by Shir and Ammata — partners in life and storytelling. Since 2018, we’ve photographed hundreds of weddings across Thailand and beyond, capturing the kind of moments that feel effortless, real, and alive. Our work blends the emotion of documentary storytelling with a touch of editorial elegance — the soft light, the natural tones, the in-between moments that say everything.

We believe photography should feel personal. Not staged, not forced, just honest. Every couple we work with has their own rhythm, and our job is to translate that energy into a story that feels timeless when you look back.

Beyond photography, we’ve built a full experience around our couples through our Wedding Portal system, which helps you plan, share details, and shape your visual story with us. At Ammata Eyes, we don’t just document weddings, we listen, we feel, and we create. Whether through digital, film, or Super 8, we aim to craft images that don’t just show how it looked, but how it truly felt.

Our main camera system is Hasselblad, renowned for its depth, color science, and medium format precision, perfect for the kind of emotional, cinematic storytelling we love. Paired with vintage film cameras from the 1970s and 1980s, our imagery carries both soul and refinement.
