It’s been a minute since we shared a first birthday around here, but this Bluey birthday party designed by Pretty Little Events and captured by Matchbook Pro photographer Erin Saldana for NFL player Jalen Ramsey’s daughter’s 1st birthday is as cute as they come! The team took all the charm and play of the Bluey series and blended it with chic feminine details to create modern party that felt fun for the kids and elevated enough for the adults. Take a peek!
Creative Amme created the most adorable little accents with Bluey drink stirs and doggy bones.
Sally of Pretty Little Events tells us, We created an open space for an inviting layout, mixing plush soft seating, cocktail tables for mingling, and chairs for gathering around a dining table to provide guests tons of options to enjoy the party. The kids played “pin the tail on dad,” a white modern bounce house provided jumpy uppy for the little ones, and fun character coloring pages were available at the pint sized kid’s table. Adults played trivia games with custom questionnaire cards designed by Ashley Ringger.
Every first birthday party needs a first year photo display, right? The Bluey details numbering each month made it fit right in.
Peach, pink, and blue balloons by Pretty Little Events, peonies and bold florals by LV Floral Events, and the coolest fringe by The Fringe Aesthetic all came together for some head turning decor moments!
No shortage of spectacular on-theme desserts in this fete, thanks to Sweet Deetails! Fun milestones and favorite facts were used to detail the dessert display so guests can read all about the birthday girl as they chose their treat.
Don’t think we’ve ever seen a prettier party based on a children’s cartoon character, have you?!
