Looking for a cute way to incorporate lilac into your wedding colors? Look no further than this sweet spring elopement at the Cotopaxi Volcano coming to us from Michelle Agurto and Etica Events. Having to postpone their wedding last year, Gaby and Nacho were pretty thrilled to star in an elopement editorial full of stylish (and sustainable) details. The landscape at Cotopaxi was a perfect nod to the groom’s roots, as his family owns a farm!

The team is used to producing micro weddings and elopements in remote locations, so they knew they could make it special despite the constraints of COVID.

From the team: We went for a modern-funky-chagra style (equivalent of cowboy or gaucho but from Ecuador) with some cool and modern chagra details such as the pink and faux snake print boots from Cinthya Cobos, the hat from Taytta Hats, the purple bolo tie from Gyros Art for the fashion side, but also the modern, high and bicolor modern arch, the garden style colorful flowers, organic in their majority, with pink and purple irises, roses, orchids, cabbages, eggplants, dahlias, daisies, pansies, we did not use floral foam and foraged part of our flowers at the venue.
