This strong women inspired kids birthday party mama Malisa of Creative Amme hosted for her girl Emma’s 4th might just be the most empowering theme we’ve ever seen. Emma and each of her girlfriends were celebrated, and all the mamas helped out to make them feel “strong, intelligent, & worthy”. If the concept wasn’t perfect enough, all the details were so thoughtful and creatively designed with a fun color palette and lots of activities in mind. Thanks to Roxanne McClure Photography for capturing all those deets!
Malisa of Creative Amme explains, I wanted to do something that will empower not only the mamas, but the kiddos as well. So I came up with this “strong, intelligent, and worthy” theme, because to me, I want Emma and all her friends to feel that they possess all those qualities. This birthday wasn’t just for Emma, but it is for all the mamas, and papas out there that cheer for their children’s characteristics versus their looks. To me, we are all worthy, and we should teach our children just that!
Malisa’s industry friends : One Social Design, Golden Arrow Events & Design & Michelle Rogers Styling came together to collaborate on the styling for Emma’s 4th… which is exactly what we all hope for our littles, that they’ll have solid, supportive friendships throughout their lives!
In addition to the invites, Pirouette Paper designed these placemats for the girls to fill in.
Each girl had their own place setting with Creative Amme lasercuts, at a table adorned with Penelope Pots arrangements. The adorable kids’ rentals came from Archive Littles, who you can learn more about here.
Naturally their pal Elise Cakes was in charge of all things sweets!
SO, SOOO cute. Malisa had each mama choose a word to represent their little, and Ink Head Prints printed them on custom shirts that they paired with black tutus and Doc Martens. Sweetest rebel girl ever!
Really digging this coral bar situation right here.
Emma was all about that pop cart.
The best part? Mesh Kids Co brought in a ball pit that fit the theme and kept the kids super happy (and occupied!).
For photos, Kiori Designs cut geometric backdrops that Malisa painted herself to place in front of the Strike The Pose Photobooth.
I had made some canvas bags for the kids, and printed “strong, intelligent, and worthy” for them to take home, so not only will they know at the party that they’re just that, but they can continuously be reminded that they are just that.
High five to Creative Amme and the team for the best girls birthday theme ever!
