After Monday’s snowy mountain wedding we’re feeling especially inspired by couples who say I Do among a blanket of white. A winter wedding outdoors is pretty daring, but the payoff? Major. Plus, you get to be daring with your bridal fashion too, to match the intensity of the landscape. Leave it to HushedCommotion + Lindsay Madden Photography to prove it:
Thea of HushedCommotion says, This look is romantic, whimsical and we love how the color complements the snowy background. We wanted to showcase a more daring yet ethereal look for the bride who is looking to wear a non-traditional wedding dress. Billy is sporting a velvet tuxedo blazer which pairs well with this grey gown and definitely offers a more wintry feel.
That daring gray dress would be an off-shoulder ball gown by Sareh Nouri. The gray, white, blue, green, + pink color palette was chosen to give a little contrast while maintaining that soft look.
Clearly the ultimate spot to enjoy winter in all its glory is in New York, specifically Buttermilk Falls Inn. Bright blooms by Full Aperture Floral don’t hurt either!
