R + T met while standing in a six hour line at the MoMa Rain Room exhibit in NYC. Turns out they got to know each other quite well. Sometimes you just gotta be in the right place at the right time, ya know?
The goal: simple and intimate, filled with their favorite things. They headed to City Hall to tie the knot, followed by a quick bite at Shake Shack, and a stroll through Central Park for some snaps to share with the fam. Lucky for us, Katherine & Luke of Max & Friends tagged along to document the whole sweet thing…

Tempestt and her friend Anneliese planned the big day. (Flowers by Polux Fleuriste)

Rem says, Just before they called our number up at City Hall, Tempestt went to sit down and the zip on her dress popped open! Luckily, Anneliese was equipped with a box of safety pins. 15 pins later, the dress was pretty much as good as new, and we were on our way.

A celebratory meal at the Shake Shack. How great is that?

Ethereal cherry blossoms in these shots. Swoon.

Words of wisdom, c/o the groom: Just do what feels right, and make it about you and your spouse. Enjoy the day. And each other.
Cheers!
