| 3 yds lightweight cotton fabric | $50.00 |
| Ruler | |

| Pencil | |
| 12" Embroidery Hoop | |
| Embroidery Thread + Needle | |
| 7" of ribbon or strands of muslin |
With a pencil and ruler begin to measure 4" from the edge of fabric. Continue all the way down to the bottom of fabric. Once complete trim fabric into 4" strips. Repeat steps.
Once you have all your strips, begin to measure and cut them into 4" square.
For the next step you'll need; embroidery thread, needle and scissors.
Measure your thread arms distance apart, tie a knot at the end and thread your needle. Begin to thread each square through the center of the fabric. Continue step until you have your desired look. Then, lay each strand to the side and repeat steps.
Once you have desired number of strands (10 are used here) it's time to get out your 12" embroidery hoop and 7" long ribbon or strands of muslin. Lay everything out in front of you and begin to attached each strand to the hoop allowing about 4" between each strand.
Now it's time to attached your 7" long ribbon or strands of muslin to hoop to create the hanging support. You should tie on 5 to 7 stands to make sure it's even all around.
As an added bonus you could add fresh jasmine to create a garland along the top of the hoop. You can attach with wire or fishing line.
Hang! Once hung you may need to move the fabric squares around for desired effect.
Tie the fabric towards the middle with fishing line to create a unique look.
