Morning, Cakies! Today we get to share our first official peek of our new studio and event space, Festoon LA. Wheeeeee! It’s so exciting to finally have a place of our own, where we can work and shoot and host events. Oh and meet you all in person if you’re ever in the neighborhood. Do stop by! And when you do, it’ll be so fresh and shiny and new, especially since we partnered with Clorox to spruce the place up.
And of course the decoratin’ is pretty fun too. It’s a work in progress and will be for the next few months while we build out our kitchen (more on that soon), renovate the bathrooms, and finish up with decorating. Once that’s all complete we’ll be officially open for business as a photo studio and small event space on the westside of LA. We’ll be sharing our progress here and we can, but thought we’d start with a little spring cleaning.
So, when you take over an existing building there’s all sorts of stuff leftover from the previous tenants so a serious deep cleaning was in order. We started with Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes—both the standard tube and the Flex Pack Singles that come complete with an easy-to-pull pack.
You know plants are a staple decor item around here.
We even used the Clorox wipes for our workspaces. No need for separate cleaning materials here… the disinfecting wipes did the trick. Which is perfect because pretty spring flowers just do not have the same effect on an untidy table, ya know?
Ugh, and the keyboard. Office spaces can get pretty germ-y, and you simply can’t complete your spring office cleaning without giving it a little TLC. The Flex Pack Singles are extra perfect for touch-ups like this.
Who here can’t sit down to work without a clean space? More deets on some of the Clorox products we used, below!
Throughout our little spring cleaning spree, we also used Clorox® Scentiva™ to clean, deodorize and disinfect our space. They are just as effective as other beloved Clorox products, not to mention they kill 99.9% of bacteria and viruses (kinda necessary in a community space, no?) but include experiential custom-blended scents that smell lovely. The Foam Cleaner is super powerful for tough-to-clean surfaces and this whole line will become even more handy when we’ve finished the updates we’re making to our kitchen and bathroom. Eeeee! Can’t wait.
Counting down the days till we officially open our doors! Head over to Clorox.com to get the scoop on their full line of cleaning products.
