We’ve loved event designer Samantha Dapper’s style ever since we first peeked at her engagement party + Palm Springs e-sesh, and how fun is it to see couples throughout the wedding process? Actually, Samantha is officially a Mrs. as of this month (congrats, lady!), but we’re still taking in her cute Aloha-themed bridal shower ourselves. Click into the post for all the captures by Mary Costa Photography!

If you remember from their e-sesh, Kyle proposed on Oahu last year, so she couldn’t wait to incorporate the theme somewhere in the planning process. Samantha says, I wanted the décor to be a nod to such a special trip and also be fun and whimsical. All of the details came together so easily and I was very inspired by the martinique print that was so popular this year as well as flamingos because they’re just too cute. I pulled in gold and white, which are our wedding colors, and pink, which is my favorite and they all complimented each other perfectly.

The lounge area was her fave part.

She enlisted Shindig Chic to run wild with the tropical flowers and was thrilled with how Mary Costa documented the scene. Sounds like the day couldn’t have been more of a success. Congrats!
