Dramatic floral wedding inspiration

Doesn’t a Monday eve of wining and dining by candlelight and an assortment of dramatic florals enveloping you as you sit down to your meal sound kinda way better than anything else right now? Sigh. We officially believe that any wedding inspired by this shoot would be one for the books. With a contrast of soft and dark at play, not to mention the rose prints adorning the walls at FINCA, pretty sure you’ll want to pin every one of Heather Nan’s photos!

It all started when Heather + Allison of La Fete Floral & Design laid eyes upon Utah venue FINCA… The modern elements mixed with the jewel colors, rose wallpaper and checkerboard tiles gives it such a cool and romantic vibe. It is the perfect spot for stolen glances and whispered words, an ideal venue for a stylish wedding.

The exquisite calligraphy and hand painted paper suite is has so many unique special touches. It also has the perfect contrast of feminine and dark. Allison chose flowers that mirrored the gorgeous rose wallpaper… garden roses, ranunculus, magnolia and fritillary just to name a few. The floral really brought out the dusty pink and jewel tones in the gorgeous lounge chairs as well. The Anthropologie place settings gave the space a feminine softness to contrast the darker surroundings. The milky votives and modern gold candelabras added the romantic glow and light that danced off the delicate pink stemware.
