Mid-century modern done oh so right. Bride Jett sums it up: We wanted to throw the most epic party of our lives that celebrated our love for each other. What better way to do that than to have amazing cocktails and dance the night away in a gorgeous setting? Nope, there isn’t a better way, and these photos by Steve Cowell prove it. From taco carts to a killer venue like the The Sinatra House, to literally taking the plunge…these two knew just how to say ‘I do’.

Ryan’s vows described the memories they had documented with almost 1,000 photos over the last four years. He said, Each photo is a memory of the life we have built together, and today we get to add building a marriage to the album—then he snapped a selfie of them both, surprising everyone. So cute!

1950s + 60s radios from Ryan’s collection made fab centerpieces + décor. He also digitally illustrated all the radios (took over 8 hours each!), to use as assignment cards for guests to use to find their seats.

The wedding theme: Mid-century modern, sparkly love-fest, dance party.

The night ended with—you guessed it—a jump in the pool, joined by guests and Event Designer Jesi, who just knew it would be an awesome moment.

Advice from the bride…
Trust your vendors. From the best flowers that were in season, to which beer/wine would be the most crowd-pleasing, to which songs would set the tone and get everyone on the dance floor, to which lighting was the best for photos. We had the best, and literally stress-free wedding experience by doing so and were able to completely enjoy our day.
