Natalie & Scott have a chemistry that just leaps right off the screen, yes? It’s easy to see how crazy they are about each other. Jen Fellows of Acqua Photo felt it when she was shooting them too: These two are both so naturally gorgeous, and we wanted this session to show off their carefree style and steamy love for each other. As one friend said, together they are “sexiness overload—like staring into the sun.” What a couple of cuties.
A Western oasis in the middle of San Diego, Leo Carrillo Ranch is home to peacocks, cactus, and amazing historic buildings—such a fun and lively backdrop for this Texas boy and So-Cal girl.
Their love story… You don’t get to choose who you fall in love with! For me and Scott, it wasn’t love at first sight. A mutual friend insisted that we would be great together, but we were both very stubborn about being set up and were not looking for a relationship. We were young professionals in L.A. and enjoying the single life. Plus, he’s a Texan and I’m a California girl; he’s an actor, I work in an office—it just didn’t seem like we would be a natural fit.
When we were first introduced, we barely spoke and didn’t think much of it. No fireworks or instant connection. A few months later, we saw each other out at a friend’s party, actually got to talking, fell madly in love, and have been obsessed with each other ever since! It’s so crazy that we were once strangers with little interest in getting to know each other, and now we can’t possibly imagine life apart.
