Christmas wedding inspiration

It’s easy to spend all your time scheming up ways to break out of the norm when it comes to holidays (and further, holiday weddings!), when there sure are a lot of original ways to revamp a classic, like this red, green, and gold color palette. Of course, a few jaw-dropping deets like a heavenly gown (get a closer peek in Melanie Nedelko’s photos) and a romantic table take it up a notch…

So. The gown. It’s by Lena Hoschek and it is beyond dreamy, no?

Elisabeth of A Very Beloved Wedding says, We used typical Christmas colors like different tones of red, green, snow white and gold. The Lena Hoschek wedding dress is like a white heaven, as its lace is full of stars. Her makeup, her lipstick, and nail polish match the red tones of the decoration and flowers, a small reminiscence to the tale of snow white and the poisoned apple. The cold weather outside reminds us to get warm from the inside, having some cognac, read a book covered by blankets, and eat some delicious freshly baked Christmas cookies.

Little nods to “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” were channeled throughout… Super sweet.

All in all we intended to merge the wedding theme and the Christmas theme with the design and styling choices (settings, decoration, colors and framing) we made, creating a Christmas winter wedding for jazz and fairytale inspired brides.
