100 Layer Cake Best-of 2015: wedding gowns

We’ve already covered the best wedding cakes + bridal bouquets of 2015 thus far. It only makes sense to unveil our favorite wedding gowns, right? The neatest thing about wedding dress trends this year was that there wasn’t any *one* thing brides gravitated to. Floral details, lace appliqué, sheath overlay, bohemian silhouettes, and stripes even… All fair game, and all big stunners.

One huge lesson from 2015 weddings: you never know exactly what you want until you give it a twirl. The bride from this wedding had a minor freak-out after choosing a dress with stripes, but in the end, she couldn’t be happier.

This year’s fabric choices were so romantic too, like this one by Samuelle Couture in our Central Park bridal inspiration.

And did we mention pink? More and more brides are throwing tradition to the wind and going with what they truly feel beautiful in. We’re always on board with that.
