This event has us all excited for fall dinner parties & weddings. It’s the perfect season to host, experience and be inspired by a kindred gathering like this one. You know the kind! It starts with an inviting atmosphere, delicious food, breaks for laughs and photos, moves to dessert + cocktails, and ends with good conversation and plans for a next time. That’s the experience Juan and Kevin of The Vetted Table have dreamed about bringing to folks for a long time, so when they called in some of their closest friends to lend their amazing talents, this is the pretty that transpired.

One of the talented friends they called to lend a hand was Tori of Sitting in a Tree. Using vintage and reclaimed furniture from Pow Wow Vintage Rentals, she created a warm and inviting lounge area you’d want to sit in for hours.
The AmigoBooth, a pretty rad photoboothing experience from Studio Castillero just so happened to make its debut that night as well. Sweet hand painted background, no?
And this is where we want to dine with friends, like every night.

It was later in the evening when Juan and I finally got a chance to sit down with our close friends and collaborators to enjoy the dinner. This is when it hit me. Celebrations are exciting for so many reasons. Your friends are dressed up and looking their best. Your curiosity is running wild with all the little details – the letterpressed cards, the thoughtful pieces of décor, the subtle flavors in a favorite dish. But there’s a point when the music sets just the right mood, the lighting is perfect, the conversation is flowing, and so are the libations. It’s in these moments that you know you’re alive. We live for these moments and we can’t wait to share the next one with you.
