All the unique spring color schemes popping up lately sure are impressive, don’t you think? (Yesterday’s modern Mexican ideas + these bohemian bouquets come to mind.) These black dresses Jessica Burke + Twigss Floral Studio decided on to channel traditional Spanish vibes definitely lend themselves to many accent color ideas, but once we saw the colors in the big bouquet Twigss whipped up, we knew they’d chosen an impeccable palette.

Addison of Twigss says, We did quite a bit of research on Spanish wedding traditions to make sure the shoot felt very true to the Spanish wedding culture. We are very interested in different cultures wedding traditions so this was a fun one for us. An old traditional Spanish wedding custom is for the bride to wear a black wedding gown which for a Catholic bride meant that she was committed to her marriage till death due them part.
We also knew we wanted to incorporate a mantilla and peineta which are a floor length veil and large ornate comb for a really stunning and different beauty look. We used blooms that had pops of bright color to reflect the vibrant Spanish culture and chose to use a neutral and natural palette for the table settings.
