Anne is INCREDIBLE. When I first contacted Anne about photographing my wedding, we met at a coffee shop and she listened intently as I told her what the 'feel' of the wedding was going to be and what I was thinking in terms of pictures. Anne is so great to talk to, that I even went on to explain how planning was going and which guests I expected trouble out of on the big day, all of which she had incredibly thoughtful comments on. She was incredibly easy to communicate with in the months leading up to the big day, responding quickly via email or phone whenever I had a question or idea. On the day of the wedding, Anne showed up early at the salon to capture all of the getting ready moments, and was busy for the next 10 hours taking pictures. Honestly, I have never seen anyone work so hard. She essentially did squats and lunges the entire day as she moved around catching the perfect shot, and she was an absolute blast. It is so obvious as she works with you that she LOVES what she does. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and Ben and I laughed and smiled the entire time we did our couple shoot without needing to be prompted just because we were having such a great time. Anne is not just the photographer on your wedding day-- she is an advocate and comforting presence. I cannot say enough great things about her, or how happy I was to have her there. The wedding was only a week ago so we have not yet seen photos (except for the sneak peaks she shared while shooting--which was so much fun!!) but I have no doubt they are going to be absolutely gorgeous.
