Betsy's style of calligraphy is different from more traditional scripts; quirky, organic, and never stuffy, it appears almost alive. In a world where almost every type of correspondence is now digital, she absolutely adores being in a position to create tangibly beautiful pieces that people can hold in their hand, run their fingers over the ridges of raised ink, and cherish for years to come. While Betsy does work primarily for weddings, showers, parties, and other joyous events, she also takes on plenty of custom projects, such as tattoos, logos, and cover art, and has had the immense pleasure of working with companies such as Martha Stewart Weddings, the Guggenheim Museum, Barney's, Loeffler Randall, Better Homes and Gardens, Harper Collins, and Conde Nast. Betsy is located in Tucson, Arizona, where she lives with her sweet husband and cat, but the convenience of email means she works with people all around the globe. Betsy is also co-owner of Hello Handmade Paperie, and has her own stationery line in the works for the coming year.
