secular officiant with pre-marital counseling experience

Our wedding date is still flexible at this point (any weekend in January 2014). We would like to work with a secular officiant, and are exploring pre-marital counseling options. We would prefer a ceremony that is gender-neutral, while still retaining "traditional (in the Meg Keene from A Practical Wedding sense of the word)" aspects.
