Hello :) My fiance and I are planning a wedding on a very strict budget. We are doing the entire wedding on our own, which is proving to be a struggle in some ways. However, we know in the end the most important aspect of our wedding will happen... we'll be married! On that note, we still want to have the event of our dreams. We would like catering that includes delicious food (open to style, but have looked into taco trucks and BBQ), possibly someone who stands behind a buffet to serve, and includes a few options. An ideal menu would be choice of meat, a side, and maybe a salad or something of that nature. Thank you to all of those who view this and take us into consideration.
