Need an outdoor Venue for 250-275 guests

Hi, I am looking for an outdoor venue that seats about 250-275 for both ceremony and reception. Ideally this place will be secluded and off the beaten path. My target date is June 1, 8, or 15th. I would like to bring in my own caterer and rentals as well. Thanks!
