Looking for a unique and affordable outdoor venue in So Cal

We are looking for a unique space in Southern California to hold our wedding. We picture between 50-80 guests. Ideally like an outdoor area where we can use our own caterers and alcohol. Been scouring the internet and still can't find the right place. Open to renting a house, or entire B&B/Inn. Any other unique or creatives ideas welcome!
