Hi, we are having a casual backyard wedding bash on July 7, 2012. It will be at my parent's house and we only have a couple of vendors. We've estimated that there will be no more than 100-150 guests. I'm looking for someone to help with logistics and help make the day go by smoother. Event decorations will mostly all be done the day before. Therefore, we are just looking for someone to help with the "little things" (but very important things) according to the day's schedule, including, but not limited to: lighting candles at dusk, replenishing self-serve bar, putting out cakes on cake stands, cutting cake servings, etc. If you'd be interested, please let us know!
