Event designer/planner need for setup of wedding

we are throwing a "homemade with love" backyard bash in the home we built together!! However, we are in some serious need of a designer/ planner to help with the set up the day of our wedding. Some awesome vendors are already set up and most DIY/ design has been implemented . We are pretty much throwing timeline to the wind and just want to enjoy our family and friends on our day. The backyard bonanza will have about 70 guest. Some coordination will be needed but mostly help with setting out escort cards, sign in table, distributing favors, putting out last minute items such as candy for candy buffet, and flowers on the table. Would love to hear from some rad vendors!! Thanks
