Hi there! I'm looking for a Day of Coordinator for set-up and breakdown of my venue, keeping with the timeline, assist with vendors, and make sure everyone is having a good time! My wedding is going to be in San Jose CA. The venue is giving me 2 hours to set-up so I was hoping for someone to have the reception set-up with all the table numbers, escort cards, menus, etc. Breakdown will be straightforward.
