Never worn. Still has the tags on it. I was told at the store I needed it, but my seamstress said I didn't. The store doesn't accept returns or anything so I'm trying to get at least part of my money back. I was completely against petticoats when I started dress shopping but then the place I bought my dress from had me try this one on and it's the most comfortable petticoat ever! It has a layer or fabric in between you and the netting and it makes it comfortable to wear!
