Ingredients
1 oz cognac
1/2 lemon
1/2 simpl e
top with champagne
(champagne flute or coup)
Directions
Add cognac, lemon, and simple into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into desired glassware, top with champagne, and garnish with lemon zest or twist.
