How The Happy Bloom captured the South:
Wormsloe Plantation is flushed with history and was the perfect backdrop for a classic aesthetic. Here in the South we like to keep things soft, fresh and well, Southern. We’re known for our hospitality, our thank you’s and our yes mam’s. We sought to capture this essence with our blush and olive branch color palette. Design Studio South put together this beautiful shoot highlighting what early spring in Savannah, Georgia, has to offer. The incredible blush gown by Sarah Seven was an easy choice; its light and frothy texture wrapped itself around the wind so gently without a moment’s notice. Our goal was to capture the light and fresh quality that the South brings. A lazy day. A quiet morning. Sipping coffee in your sunroom. These were the emotions we strived to evoke with our soft colors, our antique golds and our linen texture. No fuss. No mess. Just quiet moments in the Savannah sun.
