Queen Mary bourbon holiday cocktail with Barçon

You might remember back in October when we shared this fall bourbon cocktail recipe from our friends at Barçon. You know that rosemary has to garnish everything this time of year, right?
2 oz bourbon
1 oz honey and rosemary infused syrup
Burnt Lemon peel
Fill old fashion glass with ice and add 2 oz of bourbon and 1 oz of syrup. Stir gently. Flame a lemon peel over the glass and drop in. Garnish with a rosemary sprig inside the drink.
