12 Days of Cocktails: Havana Special
Morning, friends! For our second to last recipe in our 12 Days of Cocktails holiday drink series, Please & Thank You is mixing up a rum + pineapple concoction that’s sure to please any tropical drink lovers out there (hands raised). Maybe offer up this one alongside the Pololu Punch at your next soiree? Thanks to Plum + Oak Photography for the festive shots.

2 oz light rum
1 oz pineapple juice
3/4 oz maraschino
Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into highball glass with crushed ice. Garnish with maraschino cherry, pineapple leaf, mini umbrella, etc. It’s a tiki drink so have fun with the garnish!
