12 Days of Cocktails: Prospector
Continuing the drink lineup in our 12 Days of Cocktails series is a delicious mix of spiced tea bourbon, lemon, honey, and peach… AKA the Prospector! Don’t forget it’s not just about the drink iteslf, you’ll probably want to take a few mental notes about all the fabulous drink styling in Plum + Oak Photography‘s images too. Top notch!
Here’s how to create this drink at home, via Stephen of Please & Thank You…
2 oz orange spiced tea infused bourbon
3/4 oz lemon
3/4 oz honey
dash of Fee Brother’s peach bitters
(serve in a rocks glass)
Infuse bourbon with desired tea add lemon, honey, and bitters into cocktail shaker with ice shaker. Strain and serve with an orange peel/zest.
These laser-cut swizzle sticks would be perfect for a New Years Eve bash, eh? Next up, a muddled blackberry and mint concoction for your party consideration… Stop by tomorrow for the recipe.
