Hotel accommodations subject to space availability. Accommodations are for the prize winner and one (1) adult guest only, in the lead in room category at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort. Winner can choose to upgrade to a higher room category upon check in, at an additional cost. No other persons will be permitted to stay with prize winner and guest. Black-out dates and restrictions include, but are not limited to the following days and corresponding weekends: Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas, New Years and Presidents Day. The prize (and/or any component thereof) cannot be redeemed for cash or any other consideration. The prize (and/or any component thereof) is not transferable or assignable and no substitutions will be allowed except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of equal or greater value or nature if advertised prize is not available.
